PrimitiveGingerbreadSnowman
This is a vintage snowman doll pattern. This is also such a versatile pattern. The vintage gingerbread doll that he holds in his arms is included in this pattern. The gingerbread doll would also make great ornies, or loop a wire on their tops and hang them from your tree. The snowman doll itself can either be a doll or a make do. Just add a bobbin or an old spring instead of the legs. This one can also be left out through the entire winter season. A wonderful vintage snowman! In the picture it shows just one boot on his leg, but you can add another boot as well. When completed as pictured, he is approximately 31" tall.

PrimitiveWinterWishesSnowman
The snowman was looking into the night sky, wondering why the snow had stopped. And to his surprise, there appeared to be diamonds sparkling in the air."What are those, and how do they hang there? They are so beautiful!" he asked his crow friend. The wise old crow, who had been around for many many years, told the snowman, "They were put there by the Maker of the Stars. They have been there since the beginning of time. And yes, they are beautiful, but there is so much more to them for us to learn. For you see my snowman friend, just because you can't see them in the daylight or on a cloudy night, they are still there hanging in the sky. God put them there so you would know that if He can keep the stars from falling, He can surely take care of us." This is an old primitive snowman looking at the stars with his crow friend. He has a long flowing scarf on. He wears an old cap on the back of his head. He has his head tilted back with a big smile on his face with his carrot nose sticking straight in the air. He is approximately 18" tall and 23" around when completed as shown. He sits by himself. Pattern Kentucky Primitives
